    • Cancellation Policy: In the event of canceling your room, please provide 7-day notice prior to arrival (unless otherwise specified) to avoid additional fees. Cancellations are allowed within 24hrs of booking, except those made within 72 hours of arrival.

    • Harvest Inn is a non-smoking hotel. A fee of $150 will be charged for each day that the room is unavailable to sell due to this policy violation.
    • Six or more guest room reservations are considered a group and must be booked through our sales department at Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

Harvest Inn is home to Harvest Table, a wine country kitchen featuring menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients – including ingredients from the resort’s on-site vegetable and herb garden. A 12-seat bar fronts the 90-seat restaurant, where smooth wood finishes are offset by the classic brickwork of an oversized fireplace under the glow of abundant natural light.

Harvest Inn offers a compelling tasting experience. On its menu, wine is sorted based on the distance of the winery to the resort, so guests can immediately decipher local choices. Additionally, Harvest Inn has a Sommelier's Secrets program, designed to offer distinctive wines that normally would not be featured by the glass.

St. Helena enjoys a Mediterranean climate – warm and temperate – ideal for grape growing. Summers are sunny, dry and warm, with the high in July is around 91 degrees, and winters are cool, with the January low about 43 degrees. Cigar Program

Harvest Inn also has a robust cigar program. Presented by Nat Sherman, ONE MAIN is a monthly gathering of cigar enthusiasts at Harvest Inn. Held on the third Thursday of every month, ONE MAIN guests enjoy one complimentary Nat Sherman cigar, food and drink from Harvest Table, and the opportunity to purchase additional Nat Sherman cigars from the hotel’s curated selection. Hotel guests have the option to purchase cigars a la carte from a menu of Nat Sherman product available in the reception area. Cigars are delivered with a branded Harvest Inn ashtray and matches and can be enjoyed on the Vineyard View Terrace. To receive notifications about upcoming One Main events, please call us or email at to be added to the invitation list.

Pet Policy

All room types have a dog friendly option. Simply indicate that you will be bringing your dog(s) in our online reservation system or with us directly over the phone         707-963-9463.

  • We are a dog friendly property and allow a maximum of two dogs per room 
  • Reservation includes dog toys and treats in partnership with our local St Helena pet store partner Fideaux (located on Main Street)
  • There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee (per reservation) charged on all pre-arranged pet-friendly rooms
  • You are responsible for all property damages caused by your pet(s) and a minimum charge of $250 will be applied to cover damages
  • In all public areas dogs must be kept on leash at all times
  • You are responsible for picking up after your dog(s)
  • Dogs may not be left unattended in Harvest Inn guest rooms 
  • Pets are not permitted within the Harvest Table indoor dining area but are permitted on Harvest Table’s al fresco patio
