Meet Harvest Inn executive chef

From his early days as an Alaskan salmon fisherman to mastering British brewing technology, Chef Rupp's journey has always centered on understanding ingredients at their source. After four years leading the kitchen at Renata's Hearth in the prestigious Arizona Biltmore, he joined Morimoto Napa, where he rose to executive chef, leading a dynamic team of over 35 culinary professionals. Now at Harvest Table, he brings his passion for scratch cooking, wood-fired techniques, and deep relationships with local purveyors to create menus that celebrate the Valley's finest flavors.
