We strive to provide an excellent online experience for all our guests – including those with sight, hearing, and other disabilities. We are committed to complying with the Level AA success criteria of the criteria of the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). Our sites are designed and developed with these guidelines in mind. We use SiteImprove to continuously monitor our websites and surface opportunities to improve accessibility.
As part of our website experience, we:
- Allow website visitors to view our accessibly guest room offerings with ease
- Identify and describe accessible features of our guest rooms to enable a website visitor to understand if the guestroom meets his/her accessibility needs.
As part of our reservation processes, we:
- Ensure that reservations for accessible guestrooms can be made during the same hours and in the same manner as all other guestrooms.
- Ensure that accessible guest rooms are held for booking by individuals with accessibility requirements until all other guest rooms of that type have been booked and the accessible room requested is the only remaining room of that type.
- Hold the specific accessible guest room type that is booked for the guest that made the booking.

Structured, Semantic Markup:

Property Accessibility
We make every effort to be accessible for all individuals, and therefore all of our hotel amenities and public spaces meet the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Our team is trained to offer assistance to ensure accessibility and are equipped with information about our accessible guest rooms. General Property Accessibility Features
- Accessible car and van parking spaces clearly marked in our on-site parking.
- No steps or abrupt level changes that will impede access for persons who use wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility aids between accessible parking and entrance.
- All areas of the hotel are accessible by wheelchair – including a wheelchair accessible route from the accessible parking spaces to the facility’s front entrance and to the key areas of the facility.
- Ground floor hotel entrance with power assist ADA door opener.
- A minimum of 32-inch-wide door openings in corridors and public areas.
- Accessible check-in reception counter.
- Accessible public restrooms, outdoor courtyards, fitness room and business center.
- Accessible swimming pool and hot tub entrance with hoists.
- Accessible dining options in our restaurant, bar and patio.
- Door hardware (lever, pull, panic bar, etc.) usable with one hand, without tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist.
- Key card reader positioned so persons who use wheelchairs may approach and operate.
- Service animals allowed
Accessible Guestrooms
We provide ADA Mobility and Hearing Accessible Guestrooms dispersed throughout the property in every room category and bed configuration. Accessible guestroom features include:
Mobility Accessible Guestrooms
- Wheelchair accessibility throughout room and bathroom.
- Accessible path of travel around bed(s).
- Fire alarms with a visual alarm strobe light.
- Minimum of 32-inch-wide door openings.
- At least 1 power outlet with a clear space in front, 15” from ground.
- Push button light/lamp controls.
- Closed captioning television.
- Multi-level door viewers.
- Lowered height of guestroom features including towel bars and/or shelving, thermostat, counters, mirrors, towel hooks, desks/tables, curtain wands.
- Table/desk includes knee space 27” (width) and 34" (height).
- Drapery control with a 36” clear path.
- Door hardware on all entry doors to accessible guestrooms and other passage doors within the room usable with one hand.
- Service animals allowed in guestroom.
- Either a roll-in ADA shower with shower seat or ADA compliant tub.
- Shower and tub include grab bars and hand-held shower wand.
- Single-hand operated faucets, drapery wants, controls on lamps and HVAC units.
- Slip-resistant bathroom floors.
- Toilet grab bars.
- Insulated drain and water pipes.
Hearing Accessible Guestrooms
- Power outlets within 4" of telephone.
- Visual door knocker.
- Telephone with volume control & visual call alert.
- Visual alarm clock.
