Harvest Inn Function Space

The Harvest Inn offers five different dedicated event spaces,which will include 4,000 sf of indoor funtion space.

Vineyard View Room
The Vineyard View Room offers 1050 square feet to flexibly accommodate up to 100 people. Located on the ground floor, this event space opens directly onto the Vineyard Terrace for a more expansive indoor/outdoor venue. The room and adjacent terrace feature a panoramic view of Whitehall Lane Winery’s Leonardini Vineyard and the Mayacamas Mountains and a large stone fireplace serves as the room’s characteristic focal point, punctuated by beamed ceilings and oak plank flooring.

Vineyard Terrace
An ideal al fresco setting, the Vineyard Terrace extends from the Vineyard View Room, offering 1600 square feet to accommodate up to 160 people. This outdoor patio features stunning views of Whitehall Lane Winery’s Leonardini Vineyard and the Mayacamas Mountains. A lovely terrace, this space is ideal for elegant receptions, sit-down dinners or casual dining. 

Mountain View Room
Directly above the Vineyard View Room, the Mountain View Room offers 1050 square feet of flexible space to accommodate groups of up to 100 people. Filled with natural light, the Mountain View Room features expansive vineyard and Mayacamas Mountain views through large windows as well as from its covered deck. A massive stone fireplace gives the room a warm, distinguished feeling, while a vaulted ceiling adds to the delightfully open, spacious atmosphere.

Fountain View Room
This conference room features built-in AV capabilities, a gas-burning fireplace and lighting for every occasion—including natural light streaming through windows that can be curtained off as necessary. The Fountain View Room provides 1500 square feet of flexible, divisible space to accommodate a variety of groups, for a sit down meal or up to 150 persons for a reception. The room opens onto the Fountain Terrace for expanded capacity and pre- or post function events.

Fountain Terrace
This outdoor venue extends off of the Fountain View Room and is open to a lovely central fountain surrounded by flowering plants. Harvest Inn’s Fountain Terrace is ideal for receptions and informal outdoor gatherings for as many as 160 persons for a sit down meal or up to 200 persons for a reception.

Board Room
This is perfect for a small board meeting or retreat. The room has a pre-set board table, to accommodate up to 10 persons, with executive style leather chairs. A custom brick fireplace adds a touch of charm to the elegant setting.
