Harvest Inn Event Spaces

We are pleased to offer over 11,550 square feet of flexible space for indoor and outdoor functions, 4,900 square feet, and 6650 square feet respectively. .. The Harvest Inn’s 4,900 square feet of distinctive, dedicated indoor event space is highlighted by soaring ceilings and natural light.

Vineyard View Room

The Vineyard View Room offers 1,050 square feet to flexibly accommodate up to 60 people. Enjoy a panoramic view of Whitehall Lane Winery’s Leonardini Vineyard and the Mayacamas Mountains in this elegant room with a large central stone fireplace, punctuated by beamed ceilings and oak plank flooring. Located on the ground floor, this event space opens directly onto the Vineyard Terrace for a more expansive indoor/outdoor venue.

Vineyard Terrace

An ideal al fresco setting, the Vineyard Terrace extends from the Vineyard View Room, offering 1,600 square feet to accommodate up to 125 people. This outdoor patio features stunning views of Whitehall Lane Winery’s Leonardini Vineyard and the Mayacamas Mountains.

Mountain View Room

Directly above the Vineyard View Room, the Mountain View Room offers 1,050 square feet of flexible space to accommodate groups of up to 60 people. Filled with natural light, the Mountain View Room features expansive vineyard and Mayacamas Mountain views through large windows or from its covered deck. A massive stone fireplace gives the room a warm, distinguished feeling, while a vaulted ceiling adds to the delightfully open, spacious atmosphere.

Fountain View Room

This conference room features built-in AV capabilities, a gas-burning fireplace and natural light streaming through windows that can be curtained off. The Fountain View Room provides 1,500 square feet of flexible, divisible space to accommodate smaller gatherings or break-out sessions. The room accommodates up to 110 persons and opens onto the 1,500 square feet Fountain Terrace for expanded capacity and pre- or post- function events.

Fountain Terrace

This outdoor venue extends off the Fountain View Room and features a lovely central fountain surrounded by flowering plants. Fountain Terrace is ideal for informal outdoor gatherings for as many as 110 persons.

Board Room

The Board Room is perfect for a small board meeting or retreat. The room has a pre-set board table accommodating up to 10 persons with executive-style leather chairs. A custom brick fireplace adds a touch of charm to the elegant setting.

Wine Country Kitchen

Choose a cozy setting for small culinary events of up to 50 persons. Wine Country Kitchen opens onto a Terrace with stunning winery and mountain views.
