Charlie Palmer Group Announce New Hotel Leadership
Harvest Inn and Mystic Hotel by Charlie Palmer boast a new roster of experienced hotel, sales, marketing, and revenue managers
January 17, 2017 (San Francisco, Calif.)—With the arrival of the new year, Chef Charlie Palmer and Charlie Palmer Group announce a new hotel leadership team at their two Northern California properties, Mystic Hotel by Charlie Palmer and Harvest Inn by Charlie Palmer. Drawing from some of the Bay Area’s best lodging and resort resources, Palmer’s hotel teams are now led by James DeLuca (General Manager at Harvest Inn), Tamara DeMars (Director of Sales & Marketing), and Parul Suri (Director of Revenue Management & Distribution).
In conjunction with Chef Palmer, the new team is spearheading a robust plan to enhance the guest experience and increase business volume, ADR, and group sales at both hotels. Their combined hotel experience—from some of the world’s most renowned hotels and resorts—represents over 50 years of hotels operations, sales, revenue management, and guest services. “I feel incredibly fortunate that we’ve attracted such great hoteliers and field leaders to be a part of our burgeoning hotel group,” says Chef Charlie Palmer. “With these folks at the helm, coupled with the existing infrastructure of our hotel and CPG teams, the opportunities are endless.”
