Second Annual Flavor! Napa Valley Food and Wine Festival Includes 50 Chefs, over 125 Vintners, and Adds Two Days of Hands-on Immersions, November 14-18

Indulge in a celebration of regional wine and exquisite cuisine at the second annual Flavor! Napa Valley festival. The newly renovated Harvest Inn brings you front and center for all the festivities. An impressive array of Napa Valley-based celebrity chefs, restaurants, vintners, sommeliers and artisan food producers are set to once again headline this year’s festival, November 14 – 18, 2012. Even better, the festival’s net proceeds support student programs and scholarships at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone Campus in St. Helena, a short drive from Harvest Inn.

The Valley-wide festival opens with a tribute dinner to Larry Forgione, a chef often referred to as the "godfather of American cuisine." Superstars of the food and wine world such as Thomas Keller, Andy Beckstoffer, Christopher Kostow, Cindy Pawlcyn, Ken Frank, Jeffrey Jake, Masaharu Morimoto and many more lead classes, tastings and seminars.
